Hire Products UK Only
Chair cover hire is available from a minimum of 30 items. Table linen hire is available from a minimum of 5 items.
Orders can be placed by putting product into your basket and send it as a request for quote. Orders need to be placed 30 days before the event date. Once your order is received we will send you a rental contract and estimate. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us respond to your enquiry. 100 % of the rental price and signed chair cover and/or tablecloths contract are required to book rental items. Delivery will not take place until the shipping/ delivery fee successfully received. The security deposit will be refunded when all items are returned and checked. The security deposit is 100% of the hire price. Even after your order has been confirmed, the quantity of the purchase order can be made up to 30 days before the delivery/shipping date. Simply contact your FloraRosa Design representative via phone or email with your changes, and make sure you receive a confirmation reflecting the revision. We currently deliver in the UK using Courier Services. Please contact a FloraRosa Design representative for delivery fees. Orders are normally shipped to arrive one or two business days before your event. Please allow sufficient time for your delivery.
Rental items must be returned by signed/tracked parcel the next working day following the event to avoid late charges. For larger orders we will provide one or more boxes. Step-by-step instructions, will be included in the shipment. All linens are due back at FloraRosa Design’s headquarter. An invoice will be issued and processed for payment of items not returned on or before the return date.
Loss and damage:
All items will be thoroughly checked and re-counted upon their return. Missing item charges are three times for the hire price per item. Damaged items charges depend on the extent of the damage. Damages include but are not limited to: burns, tears, mold or excessive melted wax on fabric, resulting in linens that are deemed by FloraRosa Design to be in unrentable condition according to our usual quality standards. Damaged linens must be returned to FloraRosa Design as we retain ownership and rights to our styles and products.

Orders need to be placed 30 days before the event day depending on the quantity ordered. Once your order is received we will send you a confirmation email including the estimated time of delivery. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to respond to your enquiry. Discounted price enquires are welcomed by here. Please note that the manufacturing time is depending on the size of the order, minimum 5 days maximum as agreed prior larger orders. Fabric swatches are available upon request.
